Wicked Promises

Book: Wicked Promises | Author: S. Massery | Genre: High School Bully, dark romance | Rating: 3/5

Okay well it’s about time Margo and Caleb ended their story.. It’s been fun it’s been great and it is STALE. LISTEN TO ME!! I read this because I love the simplicity of reading a high school bully because it brings you back to high school life. This story had such a larger than life plot line that it was too much for me. It was too far out there for me. Now I know I sound hypocritical because I always say I want more than just the romantic content but this was just ridiculous! Like I could have dealt with it but it was stretched out far too long! And also can we touch base on the cringiest moments of the book?

1. When Margo looks lost or too deep into her dark thoughts and Caleb “saves her and brings her back” by biting her lip. GAGGG. This happen several times and it just never settles well!

2. I want to tell you this so bad but I am not a spoilen ass ho. But imagine the cringiest question you can ask someone on prom night because you are so in love and are in this forever…. YUP the first thought that comes to your head!!

So this book was good!! I know I’m being harsh but the author can think of some great stories. And I am actually reading more character spin offs. I feel like this one was just too long. Try it for yourself and let me know!

Let’s get a few things straight. No beating around anyone’s bush –> straight to the factttsss. This blog will only consist of posts that I will immediately regret after posting due to the fact that I have no business having any type of opinion on absolutely anything.. Also if you are hoping to read some genius interpretation of some of the finest literature please do both of us a favor and just block me, or whatever you do on WordPress to completely erase the risk of you reading my trash reviews that will make you instantly hate me and want to tell me why.

Also if you haven’t noticed…. I am not a writer, and I usually never reread anything. (Or am I just that bad at English that I can’t form a correct sentence?) So if bad punctuation and incorrect use of words drives you crazy please join the people who already hate me because I am a disgrace to book bloggers everywhere.

This is my little oasis where I can drink my wine, probably get a little too tipsy and post my reviews about the books that I am usually too embarrassed to openly say I am reading. (Why do I still love young teen love, gross)

Okay now if you are a visual person and want to know what kind of blog this is. Picture a trashcan on fire. No further explanation needed.
