Book: Paper Princess | Author: Erin Watt | Genre: Fiction, Romance, YA | Rating: 3/5
Okay so this book… Hmmm.. Very, how do you say? SEXUAL TENSION TO THE MAX. So this is one of those books I swore I was going to take to the grave never admitting that it graced my TBR shelf but here we are.. Letting all the laundry air out! Let’s be honest, I really did love these books and I did read them probably twice. It’s just a very good romance if you’re needing to read something that doesn’t require a lot of your attention. Yanno, like those “filler” books. This book follows a young girl named Ella Harper who is trying to just survive after her Mom passes away. Let’s just say some rich daddy (ain’t her daddy tho!!) comes and whisks her away and she is now part of a family of all boys. And of course she probably falls in love with one of them. I will give you a hint it’s not the rich dad (boring ikr). This book does have its overly corny parts where Ella is portrayed as trying to be the overly cool chick who “is just one of the guys.” Which there is absolutely nothing wrong with that but I think it’s just the way it was written that made it a weeeeeee bit cringe worthy. Also the main guy character may or may not have a macho guy complex (gag). However, this is a very interesting love book. The ones following are okay too, however these books aren’t so good that I would do a review for each one. Since they’re all kind of the same gist with just throwing in some random drama here and there that was extremely predictable! But like I said I didn’t hate them! I mean I did read them twice.. But that might say more about me than anything else so! Happy reading!
xoxo, your trashy blogger 😛
Let’s get a few things straight. No beating around anyone’s bush –> straight to the factttsss. This blog will only consist of posts that I will immediately regret after posting due to the fact that I have no business having any type of opinion on absolutely anything.. Also if you are hoping to read some genius interpretation of some of the finest literature please do both of us a favor and just block me, or whatever you do on WordPress to completely erase the risk of you reading my trash reviews that will make you instantly hate me and want to tell me why.
Also if you haven’t noticed…. I am not a writer, and I usually never reread anything. (Or am I just that bad at English that I can’t form a correct sentence?) So if bad punctuation and incorrect use of words drives you crazy please join the people who already hate me because I am a disgrace to book bloggers everywhere.
This is my little oasis where I can drink my wine, probably get a little too tipsy and post my reviews about the books that I am usually too embarrassed to openly say I am reading. (Why do I still love young teen love, gross)
Okay now if you are a visual person and want to know what kind of blog this is. Picture a trashcan on fire. No further explanation needed.
